Bend your wrist up, pointing your fingertips towards the ceiling in a “Stop” motion. This is an extention.

To perform this isolated motion, place your palm down on a table or your lap.
Start in neutral.
Slide your hand sideways in the direction of your thumb. This is radial deviation.
Return to neutral.
Start in neutral.
Slide your hand sideways in the direction of your pinky finger. This is ulnar deviation.
