What Can We Do?

Much easier said, than done.

Recognize That You are Not Alone:

Sometimes people don’t talk about their stress, or seek help because they feel alone or as if they’re the only one under stress.  That couldn’t be further from the truth! Take a look at some of these headlining statistics presented by the American Institute of Stress:

  • 83{e6c4e4d09cbfcb70eba5dc435d44d7cb2d0e378527800a29222f16d6eea92ea1} of US workers suffer from work-related stress.
  • Over a third of people said their job was a regular source of stress in 2018.
  • 63{e6c4e4d09cbfcb70eba5dc435d44d7cb2d0e378527800a29222f16d6eea92ea1} of US workers are ready to quit their jobs due to stress.
  • 54{e6c4e4d09cbfcb70eba5dc435d44d7cb2d0e378527800a29222f16d6eea92ea1} of workers report that stress from work affects their life at home.
  • Over a quarter of employees are at risk of burning out in the next 12 months.
