The Extensors – Find Them On Your Arm

Turn your palm down, and bend your wrist up (fingertips toward the ceiling) in a motion like you are telling someone to “stop”. This is extension.

Place your fingers on top of your forearm, near your elbow. Make the “stop” motion a few times. You should be able to feel the extensor muscles at work! You can also feel them at work if you stay in the “stop” position and wiggle your fingers.
