Food Groups

food group is a collection of food grouped together by its similar biological classification.  There are five key food groups to be                             balanced for great nutrition: 

  • Meat and Fish
  • Milk and Dairy
  • Breads and Cereals
  • Vegetables
  • Fruits

Sweets are nowhere to be found, but we’ll give you a little indulgent room, too. Just remember MODERATION is KEY!
